Career Progression

Here at The Hills, we don’t just guide the way for our children and young people, we also want to see our teams thrive and help them to grow and develop in their careers.

We are extremely proud to say that we have gone from just 1 children’s home to having multiple homes across England. We continue to evolve and see our children succeed, overcome and move forward – something we couldn’t do if it wasn’t for our brilliant teams. This is why we will consistently give back to those who work with us, providing high quality and tailored training and development.

For those who come to The Hills without their NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce and would like to progress in their residential careers, we enrol them onto this course and offer support and guidance throughout. If you already have this qualification or complete it and would like to start a career in residential management, we also enrol our teams onto the NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management.
