As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will be at the frontline of care, providing direct day-to-day support to the children living in our homes. You’ll play a vital role in building trusting relationships, promoting positive routines, and encouraging children to engage in fun, educational, and therapeutic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing consistent, nurturing support to children on a daily basis
- Supporting children in line with individual care plans
- Working collaboratively with team members and external professionals
Qualifications:
- Experience in child care or support roles preferred
- Willingness to work towards Level 3 in Residential Childcare (if not already held)

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic leadership of the home, including staff and care delivery
- Regulatory compliance with OFSTED and safeguarding requirements
- Overseeing admissions, care planning, and family liaison
Qualifications:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Residential Childcare or equivalent)
- Significant experience managing or supervising within children’s residential care

As a Deputy Manager, you’ll assist in leading the home and supporting a team of care staff. You will ensure children receive high-quality care, supporting the Registered Manager in delivering outstanding services and maintaining compliance with all relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Registered Manager with operational duties
- Supervising, coaching, and mentoring support workers
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and OFSTED regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum Level 3 in Residential Childcare; Level 5 Leadership & Management desirable
- Experience in a supervisory or management role in children’s services
